i have been on the phone to EE 4 times today wanting a early upgrade, they were wavering my upgrade fee if i went for a high plan, in the end i decided to go fot the 42.99 plan to waver my fee, but they didnt have my phone in stock and was gonna take 14 days.... i then told the i worked for the nhs and they told me to go online as i would get a better phone for same or cheaper price, i have my code for online but cant waver the upgrade fee, please help
