dpd delivery

Hi,

 

I got an upgrade yesterday via the phone and he said that it's all confirmed and it will be delivered today at some point. I haven't as of yet recieved any text from DPD, and because I ordered over the phone I have no tracking information or anything. 

 

Please help!

Hello @teddystanley there is no access to accounts or systems to check the status of your upgrade I am sorry you will need to call customer service on 150 from an EE mobile or landline or 07953 966 250 from any other. If it is an EE personal pay monthly account you can also access Live Chat:
