I'm on holiday in Italy and recieved a text from EE to say I can use my plan data, minutes and texts at no extra cost, if I text someone in Spain whilst I'm in Italy will that be free or will it cost me?

Just confirm you can call or text anyone in the EU whilst you are travelling within the EU.

Hello @Kiera0710 yes you can use your inclusive minutes and texts allowances to call and text numbers within the EE Europe Zone:

Surely, @Karen_C, they may also call Australian mobiles & landlines?

@Kiera0710: It's OK. You can call from Italy to any EU mobile or landline free within your UK allowance.
