I bought a 10gb data add on on the 19th April described as a '30 day 10gb data add on'.
My contract comes with 2gb of data every month which resets on the 21st of every month. I recieved a text earlier stating that I had used up 80% of my data, this alarmed me as I was certain I hadn't used 8gb in just 2 days, so I checked my EE account and the status of the 10gb of data I bought had changed to 'time ran out'.
I was under the impression that the 10gb would last for 30 days, and when it ran out I would then begin to use up the 2gb of data included in my contract. Please can someone give me any advice on this as I feel I have been completely robbed of the £19.99 I spent on data which was lost after just 2 days.
