Thanks for coming to the community with this, @suechapman.
I see @Chris_B and @Damienw1 are helping you.
What is the name of the manufacturer of the phone?
Please check out our Photo Message setup tool.
Please let us know how you get on.

Thank you for taking the time to reply @suechapman.
As @Christopher_G has advised, if you use the Picture Messaging setup tool here, this will download the correct settings for your phone and you will be able to use MMS.
Can I confirm, have you activated MMS on your account by sending an MMS to yourself?

when i try to send myself a picture message it just keeps saying sending and then it coems up with transmission failed try later
when some one else trys to send me a picture message it comes up with the link and a code to put it which then means i have to turn my data on to get access to clicking the link

Thanks for getting back to us again, @suechapman.
As your device isn't on the setup tool, I recommend speaking to our customer services team, they may be able to help talk you through the settings manually.
Let us know how you get on.
Chris 🙂
One of these options may help you find the answers you need.
