cant log into my account, says account closed.....

Why cant I log into my account? says account closed...... wont send emails to change password or even to re register. frustrating!!

I am with ee, had an online account for my phone & my daughters. Havent changed numbers either!

Ive tried to re-register & change my password, but no emails come through to do either.

I suppose i could ring ee to see what is going on?
