cancelled account but just received text saying my plan has refreshed
I called EE early December as I was moving to Australia for 7 months and so wanted to cancel my account and move to an australian sim to pay as you go. I had had my phone and account for over two years so the guy on the phone said no problem and told me how ot unlock phone. I thought it was all sorted but now i"m in Australia, I've received a text saying my plan has refreshed. I logged in to check and it seems the account is cancelled but I'm just confused because of the text. If anyone can advise as to why the text woudl have come and if I need to worry, that would be great.
