I'm currently in the Bahamas on business and my phone isn't picking up 4G. All roaming settings on my phonea re set correctly, just not showing 4G at all so unable to click through to the add on link to get data. Using iphone 6s.
I've contacted EE via Twitter who sent me some deadend links that were supposed to get me on live chat.

Hi @leonwalters and welcome to the Community
Unfortunately 4G is not available whilst roaming in the Bahamas, we currently only have 4G access in selected Countries.
May I know if you have tried to turn off 4G data within the menu and use 3G only.
Do you have the ability to call/text.
Do bear in mind we cannot guarantee service due to limited local infrastructure.

Well, the whole of the main island is covered by 4G/LTE so I wouldn't call that limited infrstructure. I've turned off 4G and restarted, but not picking up 3G either.

Please first try to a network reset if you have not already done this:
If you are able to call and text it does point to either local data services for roaming partners or a device specific problem.
Which local provider are you using?
What happens when you when you pop over to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase

Hi, this problem stil persists. The proposed solution in another thread (manually select another network) isn't possiblle as there is only one network here...

If you are able to call and text it does seem to be an issue with the data side of the carrier network.
Whilst off WIFI what happens when you try to go over to the add-ons link

Nothing happens, as the top left is just showing signal strength, BTC (phone co) and no E/3G/4G/LTE symbol at all. My colleagues on other UK networks have it working just fine.
