Not necessarily, especially if the handset is an import.  The Galaxy Note 5 was never released in the U.K. so this handset will be an import.

 

Looking at the specs though, it looks like all versions should be OK and should work here as they all do have band 1 (2100Mhz) for 3G and band 3 (1800Mhz) for 4G. 

 

A couple of versions don’t look look to have band 20 (800Mhz) for 4G so whilst it will work on EE in most places, it’s not going to work with O2 or Vodafone.
