I had iPad stolen.

Put replacement sim into EE mini WiFi unit.

On device it shows a visible connection but won’t allow access to internet.

Many help appreciated.

David

Hi and welcome to the community @DavidByrne. 🙂

Could you please try resetting the device?

  1. Remove the bumper to uncover the Reset button.
  2. Using a paperclip or pen, press and hold the Reset button for approxamately 5 seconds.
  3. The device will restart automatically.

Thanks

Re: WiFi unit on EE

You have no data allowance. Maybe it wasn't transferred.
