Its definitely not there. I've been into the EE store and nobody in store can find it there.
My phone has the wrong firmware aparently.

Of not go to settings about phone and then software info. PDA or CSC there

if i type *#1234# nothing happens.
In the software info section of settings ive got -
G935FXXU1DQB3 But can't see anything about PDA or CSC?

Weird nothing happens when you Dial that code.
You defiantly got BTU on there but that's not the up to date version.
Try Searching for an update if you can via Smart Switch on your PC.

I have had wifi calling on my phone for the past couple of months, but the phone went into Samsung for a new PBA and came back without wifi calling capabilities.
I've tried the OTA update and via Smart Switch but they are both saying i have the latest version?
I don't know what else to do, as Wifi valling was the main reason i moved over to EE.

Well get it sorted just might be a trek 😛
You may need to ask to have it activated again.
If they say it's enabled ask them to disable wifi calling and then re-enable it.
Did you come into any issues when flashing BTU as it sounds like you may have.

I do appreciatte all the help from everyone.
I'll call EE tomorrow and check if it still enabled/activated, if it is i'll do what you've suggested and get it disabled and re-enabled.
My only issues with flashing the BTU firmware was getting my head round using Windows 10 for the first time!
I'll update you tomorrow after i've spoken to EE.

Well I spoke to EE CS on saturday and Wifi calling is apparently still active on my account, he said hed disable/re enable it and he supposedly sent me a software update to my phone.
He said he could see on his system what the problem was and he'd call me back Sunday morning. I've not received a call back yet so I'll be calling again tomorrow.

Well i've just been onto EE CS and the tech i spoke to has said that everything on the EE system is correct so he's not really sure how to remedy the issue.
From what i can work out Wifi calling is activated, but for whatever reason i have no Wifi calling option on the actual phone.
I've no idea what to try now so any suggestions are welcome? 🙂
I'm tempted to sell the phone and buy an EE issued phone.......

There is no need to sell this phone to buy an EE one leaving you out of pocket.
You can flash EVR (EE) firmware onto it. This should have wifi calling option on the phone.

Can i flash the EVR Firmware onto the phone without wiping all my apps and data?
If i can, on Odin which one of - BL, AP, CP, CSC do i flash onto the phone? Or does it need to be all 4?

It needs to be all 4 and it'll start your phone from scratch.
Backing up will help though via smart switch. I flashed H3G onto my S8 and after restoring it afterwards I had no other things to re-add manually other than signing into the apps again.

I've just flashed the phone with the HOME_CSA file rather than just the CSA file and i now have the Wifi calling option, i've put the phone on airplane mode with wifi on and made a call, so i think i'm sorted.
