Hi everyone 

Same problem, no wifi calling on my S7 edge bought from a third party and was told i need to buy a new phone from EE which I cannot afford 😞

I work from home and have zero reception where i live so wifi calling is really a must. I am not super high tech but i can follow instructions 🙂 I would be super grateful for some advice and guidance.

These are the numbers I get :

AP: G935UUEU4BRD1

CP: G935UUEUBRD1

CSC: G935UOYM4BRD1

Have no idea what they mean or refer to and not sure if same solution applies to me, to install BTU firmware from Sammobile?  

Please help !

You have USA TMK firmware.

Yes installing BTU or EVR firmware will do he your issue.

Just for anybody still struggling i can confirm that in my case my handset was supplied by O2 originally. Upgrading the firmware to BTU did NOT enable WiFi calling, however upgrading to the EVR (EE) version DID.

Also check with EE to make sure that WiFi calling is provisioned on your number as well.
