Why was i charged 50.00 for free upgrade and I have not recieved my ps4.?

Hi, 

 

EE sometimes charge £50 as a refundable deposit for roaming. You can call EE CS on 150 and ask them to reimburse this extra if its not used.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
