Hello @cinders678 sorry to hear the pack has not renewed automatically. Text the code NOW to 150 from the phone to kickstart the next pack.

 

If you get a reply saying there is no pack to activate you will need to stack one on the account first by purchasing the pack and then texting the code NOW to 150. Here is a link containing all the codes you can text to 150 to buy the different PAYG packs:

If the above do not work then please call customer service on 150 from an EE phone or 07853 966 250 from any other who can check/activate the pack for you. 🙂
