My direct debit was set up at the app says it will take the payment either on the 21st November or after and as of yet it hasn’t been taken?
@Sophie14 I highly recommend that you call customer services about this as you just might get cut off for non payment. Call first thing tomorrow.

You can also have a look at online banking to see if any instruction from EE is present.
