Would you mind posting the whole line that no. appears in? I don't recognise it. They usually start 7000... .

Often these charges are reversed-charged texts from Premium Rate nos. you may have inadvertently subscribed to via Web or TV. EE are not obliged to refund you but you may complain to the Premium rate regulator Phone-paid Services Authority or the firm itself. You can check out those nos. yourself on that site.

Hi @Akerr

Is it always the same number? Is there a charge next to it on your bill?

Hi thank you for your reply, as u can see I haven't been charged for these, I'm just finding it a bit strange as to why they are showing, i read in another thread that someone said it was to do with imessages on the iPhone, but that cant possibly be as i don't have an iphone, I have the Sony Xperia xz1 compact _20180217_094514.JPG

Re: Why does the number 100020 0702 show on my text messaging usage on my bill

Thanks @Akerr

As far as I'm aware, these are activation messages, usually associated with Apple devices.

If you would like to discuss the messages further, I recommend speaking to our customer service team so that they can look into this for you.

Please let us know how you get on.

No problem I'm going to go a trip into the ee shop in town today as they're going to be sending my phone away to have it looked at due to other problems, like duplicate system apps, which i think may possibly be an error after the new oreo software update, so i shall mention it to them and see what they say, and i will give u an update on whats going on

Just an update on how I got on, no one in the ee shop knew what the number was, so after phoning up and speaking to customer services , they said its an activation message from different apps, which means ee doesn't only just itemise outgoing texts, they also log incoming texts to

OK thanks, @Jojo38

Just a couple more questions.

Are you on EE, T-Mobile or Orange? Is your phone on contract or pay as you go?

Thanks
