Why does it say only account holder can see billing information on my app

Why does it say only account holder can see billing information and I need to get in contact with EE

Hello @Peter3 here is a link containing information on how to set the right account permissions' (user, bill payer) so you can view the right information online:

If you are not able to change the options please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other (lines open at 8am) who can look into this for you. If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also browse the pages on http://ee.co.uk or click the popup box when available to speak to live chat. 🙂
