One thing that is bugging me about EE is that it is already expensive, but to add to their profits they charge people who ask for help.
I’ve rang 150 to try and top my phone up. It lets me type in the the voucher number but then just says the system is down. Then tried to put me through to customer services. Customer Services should free, especially at times like this when EE is down

You could try texting VO space 16-digit voucher number to 150.

If you are a pay as you go customer, then you have to pay for your call, but people on monthly contracts and sim only, it is free, that is the advantage of having a monthly contract. I am not sure that EE will change that, although I thought topping up was free to call the number for doing so.
