I have a 4gee wifi unit I bought specially for this trip to the states and I cannot connect to a network. I just get a red light showing above the 4g point. Checking my account I have data roaming set up.
Please tell me how to sort it out.

I am paying £29.99 a month on an MBB max plan and was told that would give me 32GB monthly in both US and Canada. I was not told I would need to buy additional data in the US.
My settings say I have roaming enabled.
The link you gave me tells me how to check for my data usage.

The guy in the shop set it all up for me and I used it in the UK before leaving so I know it was working there.

Thanks Leanne. Spent a long time on chat yesterday with a guy who tried everything but with no success. He said he would elevate it to Level 2 but I have heard nothing and the device is still not working.
Also I ticked the box for an emailed transcript of the chat but it has not arrived, so I do not have the reference number.
The wifi I am currently using will not permit chat so I cannot use that resource today or tomorrow.
Can you help further?

Hi, Sorry for late response but I have had no access to internet. No time scale was given, although they did say possibly a change of location would solve the problem. I have travelled 300 miles and still have tha same issue. This is a real pain as I need it for GPS navigation.
