Whenever I am not on WiFi I receive a notification to sign into EE network.

Whenever I am not on WiFi I receive a notification to sign into EE network and I am unable to access the internet. Can anyone advise a fix?

  • What phone do you have? 
  • Are you on EE pay monthly tariff or PAYG? 
  • Do you have any data?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Hi, I have a Sony Xperia XZ Premium on a pay monthly contract and I have 10gb available data. Thanks.

Has it always been this way or have you previously been able to access data OK?

 

Have you tried rebooting your phone?
