Hi @Glenlia
Welcome to the community. 🙂
More and more devices are being updated with WiFi calling all of the time.
Did you get your Sony Xperia XA1 from EE directly?

Is there any update on wifi-calling on XA1?
Other xperia models seem to be supported now -
The XA is there (which is the 16gb version), but the XA1 is not mentioned.
Can anyone confirm if XA1 wifi-calling is working now?

Hi @mcsmartie.
Have a look at our WiFi calling support article for a list of the compatible devices.
If your device isn't on there, you may be able to get more information from the manufacturer.
