Went in store to top up account but balance hasn't updated.

Pretty frustrated here. I went to top up my account at an EE store (have the receipt to prove it). Went home and found that it hasn't gone through. And I can't even call customer service because you need 25p on the account to do so.

Did you use a top up card or have they provided you with a voucher?

@Chris_B I have tried restarting but that hasn't helped.

 

@Lee_H I used a top up card. Also happen to have the receipt. I've texted balance to 150 and it still says 0.

Also, attempting to log into MyEE account either through my browser or phone gives me an error.
