We have a new 4G EE Mini some devices cannot connect to the internet

We have a new 4G EE Mini that works great for some devices such as iPhones, Mac laptops etc. However,  other devices such as Samsung Smart TV's and Nintendo Switches connect to the wirless router but cannot connect to the internet through the router. Error messages that appear have something to do with IP and DNS settings.

Welcome to the community. 🙂

 

It's unusual that the devices can connect to the WiFi, but, not the internet. Especially on two different devices from two different manufacturers.

 

I recommend having a quick chat with our technical support team to see if the can offer some assistance with this.

 

I'd be interested in what they say, could you come back and let me know, once you've spoken to them?
