I upgraded my phone last week through Carphone Warehouse online and was told it would take 24-48 hours for the contract to change and sim to be authorised. I was told to use the new sim. I've now had the sim in the new phone for a week and the number has not moved, I cannot text or phone anybody. I have phoned 150 who keep authorising it and telling me to wait another 24 hours. I've tried re-inserting, restarting the phone etc. It's incredibly frustrating because it's rendered me without a phone for the week and I seem to be getting nowhere!!
