Yes that's correct Chris, that's how I managed to identify it as the iPhone 5 (it initially identified it as my new 6S).

Hello @bluepurple2423 if you filled out the form when you last posted on the 19th then EE still have until the end of day tomorrow (29th, 10days) to process the unlock request. You can query the status of your request by calling customer service or using the Live Chat option (service) contained in this link. Hopefully it is not much longer for you now. :):
