My phone contract I got 6 months ago and it still won't let me unlock it. I have move to Australia and need it sorting asap

Hello @Sophiebloom in that case customer service can check why this is happening and process the request over the phone on +447953 966 250 from another phone (lines open 8am UK time). If it is an EE personal pay monthly account you can also access Live Chat:

I didn't upgrade it was my first contract with you guys and was the beginning of January. I'm having to borrow someone else's phone to put my Aussie sim in atm which is not great

I purchased it in Chelmsford high street store. Just checked my app and it was the 14th Jan. Does that mean technically it wouldn't be until 14th July and need to re apply the form?
also will I be charged each time I've done this form as I re did the form again a couple days ago as I was convinced it was 6 months already?
