Unable to view account pack information

Hi,

 

i have a pay pay as you go £15 data pack that gives me 4gb data, 250 mins and unlimited texts. 

 

When i I log onto either the app or online, I am unable to view my current pack under packs or indeed do not have the option to change packs. 

 

On on the app when I click on packs it says I have not got a pack, same for online. It's driving me mad. Can anyone help me?

Text AL to 150 to see what it says about your pack & allowances.

 

Text ALL PACKS to 150 to see what packs you can buy or just DATA for data packs.

Thank you! I thought I'd be able to do this online but doing it by text is easier. Hopefully at some point I will be able to do this on the app but until that day comes this will do. Cheers!

I believe the text service is more reliable, as well as being easier, than using MyEE.

maybe EE having some issue if that keep happen call ee they will able to fix it for you
