Unable to access mobile networks with old sim in new phone upgrade.

Would appreciate some help please. Have received phone upgrade & put old sim in new phone. However, unable to call or text & no old info from sim appears in new phone. No signal either & can't register on mobile networks. 

Look forward to hearing any useful suggestions .

It sounds like you will be receiving a new sim in the post.(check your phone box). When this happens your old one is deactivated.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

What kind of phone is it?
