Trying to reset my account password

Trying to reset my password on my EE account and I'm not receiving the link to my email...

Here is some information from our Help with logging in to My EE help and support pages.

 

Your reset email will usually be with you within around 20 minutes. However, please allow up to 24 hours before trying again.

If you still can’t see the email we’ve sent you, we recommend checking in your junk folder - or if you have a Gmail account, the email may go into your Promotions tab, so try checking there.

In future, if you’d like to make EE emails go straight to your Primary tab:

  • select the Promotions tab
  • then select the EE email
  • then select Move to Primary folder
