Trouble Unlocking phone

I'm having a bit of trouble unlocking my galaxy s6. It was locked to vodaphone and now I'm moving to EE. I have recieved my NUC code from vodafone and as far as they are concerened the phone is unlocked. The problem is whenever I put in my EE sim its says the Sim is locked and requires a PUK code to unlock, Having spoke to customer service and gotten 2 seperate puk codes the both say network unlock unsucessful. I'm a bit lost as even the guy in the EE store doens't know whats happening. Any help would be great.

If the PUK codes dont work then you need a new sim. The PUK codes are to unlock the sim so if they doesn't work they are either wrong or the sim is permanently locked. 


Just go back to the store and ask for a new sim.

Does any other SIM card work in the device?


Also are you able to try the EE SIM in another phone to see if this works?
