Isn’t working for me still either and I can’t select another network. Will we be getting a refund for all the data we have had to buy?

And will my joys never cease!!
The price of 100MB of data lasting just 24 hours in India has just gone up from £7 to £8.40 !!
EE you really know how to piss your customers off!!
Luckily I fly home tomorrow so it will not be a problem after that ... Until my next trip later this month.
Are EE going to consider compensation? Just the amount I've paid for a 20% of the data promised for 140% of the price promised would be a gesture. I really don't have the time to resolve EE bugs while I'm travelling nor the patience. Without a suitable response I will be considering moving to a more reliable provider.

Tried again today, still doesnt recogonise that i am on a travel data plan. Still asking me to buy chunks.
The issue is surely at EE's end (not the provider) because i "can" get data, just i need to buy it in 100mb chunks instead of getting travel data pass 500mb. Frustrating because the msg to 150 says the data pass is already active too.
Dont really want to waste my holiday time figuring out what EEs problem is. I guess this thread can serve as evidence that there was an admitted EE problem for refund as well as screen shots from my phone.

Today, after the intervention of James and Lee my data pack is now working again. Not sure what they did but it solves the problem.

Data pass is now active. Thanks folks for fixing it.
Any info on the root cause? Is it something consumers could fix? Also will credits be auto applied or should we call EE?

I'm in the US and having the same problems. Seem to be able to get the £4 pass every other day. Alternate days it tells me I've run out of data.
I've tried the network changes, rebooting etc to no avail.
As a woman traveling alone this is compromising my safety when I can't check maps, buy travel etc.

@cathd: You know the day starts midnight GMT?
04-11-2017 01:59 AM
Yes. I've used it before and it's at 5pm Pacific Time I get the problem as that's midnight at home.
As I already explained, I'm having the same problem others have reported on this thread.

I presume silence means you are unable to help and I will have to pay £4.80 for 40mb rather than £4 for 500mb? Nice little earner, EE.
