Tracking timed out

I have placed an order for an upgrade and when I try to track it using the xkn order number and my email or phone number it just comes up with a message saying oops your tracking timed out. Is there a problem with the system or is this specific to my order?

No to your question. The system isn't working correctly as there seems to be many posts on the same issue. 


You should call EE CS on 150 to track your order. 



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
