I am a new EE customer & have topped up for the first time. It worked fine for my boyfriend, however my account has not worked. The money has been taken from my bank account, but nothing has been credited to my EE account.
This is really hard as I am travelling around Europe, soon to start travelling by myself & I am not only relying on the phone service to work but have now wasted £25 which hasn't even gone onto my EE account.
I have spent all day calling off my boyfriends mobile to try & get a hold of someone but have not been able to speak to anyone, despite trying every number I can find on the EE website.
Can someone PLEASE call me to try & ammend this problem as I am about to be travelling alone & need to be able to access maps/bank account/ make calls.
I appreciate any help I can get.
