Yet another. And any reply is fruitless and costs me.
Interesting it keeps asking for money though, hey?
Putting money on has not been an isue at all.

@chriss000 don't waste your energy its EE they always say one thing and do another. It can carry on for as long as it wants because while its down all the boosters are free. Call them on the 0800 CS number so its free, explain that you can't put a booster on and ask for the applicable booster to be put on for a month. I was trying to buy 5 day web n walk but as its down and was expected to be down for over a week they put a 30 days internet on. T-Mobile data is unlimited so you can't run out. EE probably does this on purpose as they want people off t mobile and onto EE as t mobile data is unlimited and phones now generally use data more than minutes and texts especially as apps like WhatsApp allows you to call and text. They will always make excuses so play them at there own game. Remember there won't be an awful lot of regular t mobile customers left anymore so they are hardly going to be bothered by a few complaints as ofcom won't penalise them unless the number of complaints is in the 1000s and there ain't enough customers.

441 appears to be working again this morning, for now anyway. I've just typed in WEB on the off chance and it applied the 5 day internet booster and only took £2.50.
Hopefully EE have finally fixed issue now

I have been on a 6 months internet plan with T-Mobile, too.
When it expired 4 days ago, I was invited to renew by texting 6MONTHWEB to 441.
That was not recognised.
I tried again today ((30 Dec) and it worked, so for those wanting to renew please try again.
On question howevever: everyday my phone is debited from a data roaming fee called tmuk4051.
Whilst I had the booster one the cost was £0.
When the booster expired it became £1 per day.
This morning I still got debited the £1 despite renewing the 6 month internet add-on.
Can somebody advise who I can talk to ?

@TomLondon call 0800 956 6000 and they will be able to stop the £1 a day for you. Also ask for a refund of any credit it has taken.

WEB tarted working again just after I wrote that on the 29th.
Midnight new year eve it reset to zero. £1.25 / day.
The sneaky list of fualts that cost money i endles.
There are no times you get any free, so its built in cost adding.

Midnight 1st Jan,ejected from net, all commands stopped working (again).
Even BAL request to 150.No reply.
1.10 A.M. system semi functional but no commands working.
Just peeing into an abysse here gang,
I truly believe they will not bother fixing this and will use it as an excuse just to take the Micheal.
Org. Something else.
Constant calls to tmobile to get what you bought will drive you insane;
just meke sure to let all EE contracts 'expire',
you dont want to be expecting the same treatment on the 4 G network.
The data limits on that sustem are pathetic due to license fees (tax).
Just let EE go.
