I've been trying to add the 5 day internet booster to my T-Mobile account but when I text WEB to 441 I'm getting a message saying "Sorry, we couldn't recognise your request. Please try again" Any solutions.

@Potter78: Call 150, and you can add the smart pack using the automated menu.

@Potter78 441 is down until 23rd DEC as i have had the same issue and you can't buy any 5 day booster's. Just call customer service and they will put a weeks internet on for you which will tide you over until the 23rd.

Thanks. I tried that but unfortunately the list of options on 879 does not include 6MONTHWEB.
Any ideas how to get round this?
I have a text invitation to resubcribe to 6MONTHWEB.
As noted 441 isn't working.
The automated systems won't give me a human to speak to.

Thank you ever so much for the suggestions. We called 0845 412 5000 went through the options and this time, after waiting a bit, got through to a very helpful UK based call centre who knew about the 441 problem and gave me the 6MONTHWEB I wanted without any problem.

Because that's what the gentleman at CS told me. Its the 23rd now so try it! Any way if its still not working just call CS (its free!) and they will give you what you need (and most likely for free if your a regular!)

I read here on the 19th it would be working again on the 23rd,and it is now the 29th.
Ringing customer services (20th) they couldnt help (was told WEB was not on the option list) but they did give my 1.5 gig data,which was fair.
Texting to 441 result is a text saying request not recognised,both for web and monthweb.
Ringing Automated services give options for EE 4G data boosts only.
(bad value and likely not work)
Now receiving texts (2) from 85450 saying I didnt have enough credit (over a week later and incorrect)
txts to 85450 result in 10pence deduction and no reply or pack.
AT NO POINT has the system stopped taking my money or failed to work;
it is deliberately leaving people in limbo about the next 12 months and hammering the consumer over Christmas.
Watch this space about refunds. You will not get any.
The age old 'you should ring customer services' argument is getting REALLY STALE,
the translation is;
If you dont scream about it we will just steal your money'.
(the system works)
There is no official explanation or apology here,(over Christmas) nothing from EE, just an 'investigator'
running damage control.
FIX IT EE, or tell us you will not so we can sort something else out.
