Stop (monthly) data pack

If I understand correcly, one can stop data pack (to automatically renew in the following month) by texting STOP PACK to 150 (http://ee.co.uk/help/my-account/pay-as-you-go/pay-as-you-go-packs-how-they-work).

My question is: If one is not in  touch with the phone, do the Android version of "My EE" or the "Online" account (if one has registered to set up one) have the relavant function to "stop pack" too?

Re: Stop (monthly) data pack

Hello @member no they do not I am sorry. The only ways to cancel a pack from renewing is directly texting the code STOP PACK to 150 from the SIM or by calling customer service on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other. 🙂
