Smashed screen - just checking

I have an iPhone on a pay monthly contract. I smashed the screen. 🙂 

 

From other replies here, looks like I just take it to Apple for repair but wanted to check if I should tell EE too?

@DavidDMuir  You need to book an appointment at an apple store you can not just turn up.  And you don’t need to tell EE as the Apple store should be able to fix your device in around 1 hour.  As I believe all Apple stores have the ability to fix replacement screens on devices.
