Sim not activating

Hi all,

I changed from sim only to contract phone and was sent out a new sim as the old one was wrong size. I put the sim in and set up the phone but now it been two days and sim still isn't activated

I will suggest you to Call customer service on 150 from ee or any other provider 0800 079 8586 or live chat opening

Can I just double check with you that the SIM is inserted properly?


Also the SIM card may need activated.
