Samsung S7 black screen

My phone is currently unresponsive - I have been in contact with Samsung they have suggested various restarts but the phone is still unresponsive.  Samsung have commented that there is nothing further that they are able to do.  My contract with yourselves does not end until March - my phone is constantly failing and unresponsive.  Is there anyway that i can do an early upgrade or get a new replacement phone and add the cost onto a new contract?

Re: Samsung S7 black screen

No the cost would have to be paid now.

Samsung can do something as all Samsung products come with 2 years warranty.

If you haven't dropped the phone then this should be a warranty issue.

You can use 3 avenues here.

1. Take it to EE

2. Send it straight to Samsung

3. Take it to Car phone Warehouse.

Hi @vikkibell1991

Thanks for coming to community 🙂

To do an early upgrade, you would need to speak to the upgrades team to discuss your options.

I can see @BrendonH has offered you help already with this.

Have you been down to your local Samsung support centre at all?

Thanks

Richard

Re: Samsung S7 black screen

I will be going to the Samsung support centre over the weekend.

The phone has now started to charge and the charging screen has come on.  hopefully this issue is resolved for the time being.
