Ive the Samsung 7 edge, Since the update in October/ November Vo Lte has appeared which I believe if 4G calling,
We have 2 of these phones on the account and both are having major problems where the calls drop out whilst making, receiving and during calls. This has been going on for at least 6 months and its driving us nuts. We have gone through all the process's that EE offer with now the offer of a model exchange, in my my opinion not the equivalant.
Unlike other make and models where you can turn Vo Lte off, the 7 Edge you can,t
So my question is, are samsung going to give the option to turn Vo Lte on/ off,

Yes I have been in touch with technical,,, from the start, 6 months.
Ive had 3 phone and its still doing it.
Ive also purchased a cheap phone and used it for a period of time, with no issues. Put the sim back to the Samsung and the problems are back again.
Ive been in touch with samsung and they say its down too EE as its their software.

Just install BTU firmware via Odin and says mobile.

If you have two phones of the same model that are having the same issue, this would lead me to believe there's an issue with signal in the area rather than with the devices.
What is your home postcode?
Do you have a signal box at home at all?
Have you done a factory reset on the phones since the update?
One last quick question - when you're receiving the replacements are you restoring from back-up?
