SIM card purchase through vending machine, Invoice required.

I have purchased a EE SIM International Pack (for 20GBP) at Heathrow airport through vending machine. I did not receive any invoice copy, how can i get an invoice copy for the same. I have tried reaching vending machine 24/7 customer care service on info@monexsystems.com, but no luck and none responded to my email yet.

Hi, 

 

If you have purchased services via third party then EE won't be able to supply any receipt. If you paid by card can you not use that cards statement as the receipt?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Card was not working on the machine, i have used Cash to purchse.

As the purchase wasn't made directly through EE, I can't advise if it's possible to produce an invoice.
