SIM card purchase at LHR for 10 GB data purchase doesn’t work.

Purchased the SIM card at LHR that says you’re supposed to get 10 GB for 30 days, but it doesn’t work, your can’t activate, and you can’t get help unless you pay 25£ for a call!  Entering the code LHR10 says I’m not eligible for the offer!! What a scam!   I see that someone has been sending a private message to sort it out. Can you please contact me too?  What a terrible product.

I believe that to be an expiry date & you could have been sold out-of-date goods.

 

Seems another visitor bought from same vending machine in 10g free not working .

 

@Lee_H: EE should be investigating why LHR is selling out-of-date SIMs or should be providing longer dated packs to them.
