SIM Activation

 My old phone is completely dead and won't take a charge.  Upgraded to new phone. I can't activate the new SIM as online process wants to send a password to my old phone - which is dead! 

 

Any help, please?

@Dimwit  Put the new sim in your new device and give it a few hours (4-5) it should activate itself.   SIM card activatocan take up to 24 hours but it’s nit very often it takes this long. 

 

Try turning the device off/on a few times over  the couple of hours.
