Hi, I'm trying to reset my password and keep getting this message pop up "We're doing a quick update, so your account can't be accessed right now. Please come back in a little while" It's been showing for two days now. Does anyone know why?

Just to be clear, you mean for your MyEE for BB a/c, not in your router?
