Requested number change`

I have requested to change my number and it could take up too five days, so if i top the sim up now will i lose it with the number change?

@willzyg1  No you will not as it’s still the same account.

Hi @willzyg1 and welcome to the community.

 

If you have requested the number change via a pac code this should take no longer than 48hours.

 

If the number was changed via customer services for nuisance calling this is usually changed within 24hours.

I had a sim in orange with a number. 

I requested a change to EE keeping my old orange number last Tuesday.

They said it would take 48 hours and i would have a temporary number in the meantime.

A week has passed and my old orange number is still not operative. 

How can we solve this issue?
