Replacement phone did not arrive.

My replacement phone did not arrive in the 6pm-10pm window I was given for the delivery.

 

No one provided me with a tracking number so I can't check up on it. Nor have I been emailed to let me know why there is an issue.

 

I switched my shifts at work to be at home for this incredibly long delivery window. If I need to re-arange another evening off I will be losing out on money and yet I'm sure I shall still be expected to pay the devivery fee for this.

 

This is completly unexceptable and not the first time I've had such issues with EE's replacement service. 

 

Can anyone help me rectify this as soon as possible? It's incidences like this that enchourage to never renew my contract with the network again.
