Swapped number over from Three, it says it's complete but can't make any calls

Have you turned your Three mobile off and restarted your new one?

So I can try and assist, may I know the following:

  • Is It porting in day today?
  • What type of handset it is you have?
  • Is it only calls and texts that are affected?

Yes today, I had a text this morning to say it was complete. It's a 7+ and it's calls/texts any My EE app won't recognise the number to register. I can use my internet data

Hi @Sos1989

Please can I get you to 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Phone.
  3. Tap My Number.
  4. Use the delete button to remove the old number.
  5. Use the keypad to enter the new number.
  6. Tap Save.
  7. Restart the iPhone.

Let me know how you get on with that first.

Still no good. I'm getting 'you've dialed an incorrect number', no matter what number I try to call, including EE numbers
