Recently joined EE cannot make any calls


I have recently joinedd EE the transfer mobile number compeleted this morning. I cannot call out i have tried rebooting my phone.

I am currently working abroad and i have tried to dial anumber with and without country code. The line goes to an automated service " you cannot access this service with this number, please contact your network provider" as i am in Sweden, this is currently Telia the message then goes on to give me Telia's customer service number. Which i cannot call.


I have looked at the other networks that are available are Tele2/ 3SE/Telenor SE.

Im not so sure if i should connect to any of these.

Any other ideas? as i cant call out i have no way of talking to EE directly 😞

Second EE issue in less than a week of transfer, im slightly regretting this move.

If you have just switched over then it will be unlikely you will have roaming activated on your account.  You will need to contact CS to activate this and can use another phone to call +44 (0) 7953 966 250 or if you are pay monthly you can try live chat. 



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
