[sarcastic mode] but you do get a 50% on any accessory costing less than £100 until Sept 20th[/sarcastic mode]
.....not that EE stores sell many accessories in the first place lol
I know what you mean though. It was bound to happen though. EE have had the 4G market to themselves until now, so it's bound to start getting more competitive. I just hope EE listen to existing customers.
If you contact EE Exec Offices about this, they should be able to do something for you. The more people that do contact them, the better chance they will start to listen.

Would you expect them to half your data if their new tariffs halfed the data for new customers? No, thought not. Why should it automatically be different cos they have doubled it?
Good that you spoke to someone that has doubled your data for you though :-)

I noticed that as well & was far from impressed.
I phoned in to customer services & they initially told me that they could put me on one of the new tarriffs with more data but only if I upgraded to a more expensive one.
DO NOT TAKE THIS BS! Your contract allows you to change tarriff at any time free of charge as long as you do so to one of the same price or higher. You can downgrade to a lower price but you will have to make an upfront payment to cover the difference.
I was put on a new tarriff at the same price within 2 minutes of pointing this out to the customer service agent.
