Hi (sorry for my language)
I have problem with my unlocking code. It's incorrect. I've got e-mail with unlocking code but code not working and IMEI is wrong. A call few times and nobody can't help me. Now I'm on holiday and I can't use my phone 😕

@ziomek91 Can I just ask are the other network SIM cards activated? If there not it will not work at all as you can not activate a SIM card when your outside of the uk on a roaming network.
Did you get this device yourself from EE ?

Yes is activated. I tryed in uk unlock . Yes i have phone with me. Sombody send me incorrect code because nr IMEI it's different than IMEI my phone. Do you need my IMEI?

Please find the unlock codes and process for your Samsung device below:-

Important Note: Please only follow the procedure once. Should you encounter any problems please don’t hesitate to contact customer services.
Unlocking process using a different network SIM card
Insert a different network SIM card and switch on ( 02 or Vodafone works best)
The handset should display: ‘Network lock’ or ‘Enter password’
Enter in: 74682841
Your device should now be successfully unlocked. If not, please continue the process below.
If your device shows “Network Unlock unsuccessful”, please switch it off and on, then enter in 53853806
This may show nothing on the screen when entering, or give a similar error message.
Once that has been entered please then input74682841 once more.

I speak few Times! My friends same his English is very well. And nobody can't help us. I send mail to person ho send me codes and he don't send me any mail.
